Toasty Tuna Sandwichness!



For a zesty lunch with a crunch! This easy and healthy lunch is filling and oh so yummy! You won't even know that there is no mayo in the tuna!

Recipe yeilds to: Two servings
You Need:
4 slices of whole grain bread
1/2 cup of tuna in water
Dijon mustard
one big piece of romaine lettuce
ketchup
1 tomato cubed
2 tbsp low fat cream cheese

Directions:
Toast four slices of whole grain bread to a medium toast
Smear two slice of bread with cream cheese
Smear the other two slices with the Dijon mustard
divide the tuna and place on top of the cream cheese bread
place tomatoes on top
place lettuce on top
squirt ketchup on top of the lettuce
Top it with the Dijon bread
cut in half
Enjoy your sandwichness!
*With the extra tomatoes I like to toss some lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper on it for a small tomato salado!
