Dill Dijon Salomon & Spicy Sweet Potato Fries

This is a recipe that I made when i started my diet. Although salomon is a fattening fish, it has tons of nutrients like omega-3 fatty acid. I really enjoyed making this recipe and remembered what I put inside it so I can share it with you! Enjoy!

Salomon:
4 Pieces of Salomon
Lemon juice
Salt
1/8 cup of Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup of Worcestershire Sauce
4 Garlic Cloves Crushed
1 tsp of capers
1/3 cup of fresh dill finely chopped
1/8 tsp of fresh crushed black pepper

Directions:

Rinse Salmon and dab off excess water
Rub lemon juice on both sides of Salomon
Sprinkle salt on both sides of Salomon
Whisk all remaining ingredients to form a thick sauce
Place Salomon in a pan
Spread sauce evenly on all pieces of Salmon
Cover with silver foil and put in oven on 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Uncover and cook on 400 degrees for ten minutes for a nice crunch
Enjoy!

Spicy Sweet potato fries:

I found that Sweet potato is a much healthier less fattening potato then the rest of em. There is so much you can do with them and here is an example of a sweet potato experiment gone good! Actually, gone awesomatious!

2 Sweet potatoes peeled
1/8 cup olive oil
Cajun spice
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
salt
black pepper

Directions:
Chop sweet potatoes into french fry sticks
Place in pan
pour in olive oil
cover in spices
mix
put in the oven on 450 degrees for twenty minutes
Enjoy!
